Michelle Grassie brings thirty-five years of experience in the civil construction and restoration services field along with an additional five years of drilling experience on the managerial side. Her experience is vast as she has had to be a laborer in the field to top executive in the office.

Michelle began working in the industry in 1986 and her roles involve many responsibilities including ensuring compliance with IBEW union agreements, handling project accounting, subcontractor payments, and overseeing payroll. Performing all her responsibilities with high attention to detail, Michelle demonstrates a strong work ethic, through her professionalism and loyalty
