Michelle Grassie

President
Michelle Grassie brings thirty-five years of experience in the civil construction and restoration services field along with an additional five years of drilling experience on the managerial side. Her experience is vast as she has had to be a laborer in the field to top executive in the office. Michelle began working in the industry in 1986 and her roles involve many responsibilities including ensuring compliance with IBEW union agreements, handling project accounting, subcontractor payments and overseeing payroll. Performing all her responsibilities with a high attention to detail, Michelle demonstrates a strong work ethic, through her professionalism and loyalty
Jeananne Agostinelli

Controller
Jeananne Agostinelli holds a BS in Professionals Studies with a concentration in accounting, business, and science. She is a former certified Pennsylvania WBE electrical contractor and brings over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of construction accounting and management. She is very detailed oriented and vastly experienced in the administrative construction area. Twelve of those years concentrated on the purchasing and procurement of a wide range of products and services. As a prior WBE, Jeananne brings extensive practical hands-on experience as co-owner of the “WBE’ certified corporation and is motivated and enthusiastic about developing good relations with clients. She is DOT; Reasonable Suspicion: What Supervisors need to know trained and certified and has been a Notary Public since 1994
Jerimiah Shuster

Vice President Field Operations
Jerimiah Shuster has worked in the construction industry since the age of sixteen. Working in a lumber mill through high school, then in the construction industry through and after college. He has worked for a large residential construction company, where he was a survey chief for five years and while at the same company, attained a blasting license. Jerimiah brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and an excellent reputation in the electrical line industry to Caliber Field Services Inc. He excels in management of civil work on large transmission line projects, brings vast experience in ground resistance testing, installation of grounding systems and anchoring. He additionally is an experienced driller and blaster and is currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His safety credentials include certifications in OSHA 30, MSHA 30 and American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED and is AEMC 6472/6474 trained. Jerimiah is a International Society of Explosive Engineers (ISEE) member.
Timothy Reinhold

Vice President Specialty Field Operations
Timothy Reinhold has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Tim became involved with utility work sixteen (16) years ago while working on transmission lines, performing civil work, rock anchor installations, rock removal, foundation on blasting and grounding and several projects involving endangered species, wetlands, and waterways. Additionally, he specializes in drilling and blasting and holds blaster licenses in Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. His safety credentials include certifications in OSHA 30, MSHA 30, American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED and Slope and Confined Space Safety. Additionally, he is AEMC 6472/6474 trained and is a heavy equipment trainer.
Jason Norris

Field Operations Manager
Jason Norris holds an Associates Degree in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology and brings over 16 years of experience of heavy equipment operation. His experience includes small and large foundation drills, rock drills, demolition equipment, dozers, and all types of excavation equipment. Jason also brings a vast knowledge not only in operating heavy equipment but the ability to repair and maintenance directly, on-site as needed, reducing any protentional delays in construction. His safety credentials includes certifications in OSHA 10, MSHA 30, American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED and NCCO Crane. Additionally, Jason is AEMC 6472/6474 trained
Kyle Whitman

Director of Operations
Kyle Whitman started in the construction industry in 2005 as an active duty member of the US Navy while being part of the Navy Seabee’s. During his time in the military he gained experience while managing a wide variety of construction roles including; purchasing agent, approving official, material liaison officer and contracting officer supporting a vast array of construction projects. Upon leaving the military Kyle started as a General Contractor Project Manager specializing in Utility and Commercial Construction for the next 8 years. His safety credentials include OSHA 30 and American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.
Allan Case

Environmental Health & Safety Director
Allan Case first started his safety career in 2010 and received his bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Health from Millersville University. Before entering the safety field, Allan received his associate’s degree in welding and metal fabrication from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. In the mid-2000’s, he served in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer and still lives by the motto “Essayons” meaning “Let us try.”
Allan has been able to experience multiple types of industries and aspects of safety and health but finds construction to be his preferred area of interest. He has had the privilege to take training and earn multiple certifications and qualifications that aid him in having a unique perspective when it comes to finding solutions to problems, not just in safety, but in the everyday workplace. Some of his safety credentials include: Graduate Safety Practitioner, OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer, American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, OSHA 510 and OSHA 500.
Kyle Olivio

Field Operations Manager
Kyle Olivio holds a BS Degree in Mining Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. Upon graduation, he began working with Peabody Energy as a mining engineer where he gained experience in both underground and surface mining operations. In 2016, he left the mining industry and started in the electrical utility industry with FirstEnergy as a construction site coordinator. He spent six years at FirstEnergy overseeing and managing transmission construction projects ranging from maintenance work and infrastructure upgrades to new construction.
He gained valuable project experience in both transmission line and substation projects. Kyle is experienced in managing projects through their entire lifecycle, from the early planning stages through construction and project closeout. His safety credentials include certifications in OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, MSHA Part 48 and American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED. Kyle holds a certificate as an engineer-in-training and is a member of the International Society of Explosive Engineers (ISEE).
